Pixel Nest Designs ships t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, canvas prints, framed prints, and framed posters to customers in [Canada / the United States / select international locations.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, seasonal demand, holidays, or supplier availability.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Typical delivery estimates are:
Canada: 2-7 Business Days
United States: 3-9 Business Days
International: 5-12 Business Days Depending on Location
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, product type, shipping destination, and available shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Pixel Nest Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet entered production or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pixel Nest Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We will do our best to help, but final delivery confirmation is determined by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on the items ordered, your products may arrive in separate shipments. For example, apparel, mugs, and wall art may ship separately.
