At Pixel Nest Designs, every order is carefully prepared with quality and customer satisfaction in mind. Because many of our products are made-to-order, including t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, canvas prints, framed prints, and framed posters, we have specific return and exchange guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Since our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or change of mind.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Order number
Full name used on the order
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
A brief description of the issue

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom-made or made-to-order items
T-shirts and hoodies ordered in the wrong size
Coffee mugs
Canvas prints
Framed prints
Framed posters
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or handling

Size Exchanges

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Because our apparel is made-to-order, we cannot offer size exchanges if the wrong size is selected at checkout.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
